<p>Greek life is not as big as it is in, say, USC, but it’s definitely prominent and very strong. There are sororities with different reputations, as I would guess is the case at every school.</p>

<p>As stated above, Greek life is one more option, not a huge presence like USC. At a big campus like Cal it can be a great way to make your experience more personal and to find great potential friends.
Living in a sorority house is a way better deal than the dorm!</p>
