Can somebody give me an updated description of the sororities at Emory? Maybe describe the reputation of each?

that’s pretty accurate still.

Tri-Delt- Smoke a lot of pole. Oh yeah and do cocaine in the bathroom at Moya’s.

i think sorority girls are the happiest and most well adjusted on campus

nevermind, that wasn’t your question

this is my opinion, not necessarily everyone else’s

Tridelt - outgoing, loves to go out, a bit more on the wild side but definitely fun
Theta - They are known to be very pretty, outgoing, and full of campus leaders
ADPi - A sportier version of Theta full of chill, outgoing, nice girls
Kappa - super sweet. They used to have a ‘boring’ and ‘uptight’ reputation but I think they are very similar to Theta now. they still have that take home to mom reputation while still having their fair share of fun
AEPhi- They are known to be the more jewish sorority. A lot of girls from the northeast. I honestly don’t know many so it’s hard for me to form an opinion.
DPhiE- SUPER chill. I liked pretty much everyone I met there. I kind of view it as the sorority for the girls that don’t plan on rushing. For example, they in addition to (i believe) ADPi, Theta, and AEPhi don’t snap or do those stereotypical state school sorority things)
SDT - Again, I don’t know many of these girls but everyone I met during rush seemed really really nice. A very sweet sorority.
Gamma Phi - This one is known for being on the rise. It’s the newest but progressively gets more and more awesome girls.

Hope that helps! Didn’t want to get into the catty ranking and gossiping so it’s just my basic opinions of them all

You seem to be the most aware of Emory sororities. Would a fun lilly loving Florida girl like Emory? She’s a definite sorority type - smart caring pretty community minded. Emory seems almost … Too book centered. What’s you opinion?
