<p>Have you considered counseling or some sort of therapy? Sometimes just being able to talk with someone about your feelings can help a lot. A lot of colleges will offer services for free.</p>
<p>In terms of stress, a lot of colleges offer some sort of “academic success” help in which they work with students to manage their work habits. </p>
<p>It’s worth looking into whether you are a current or a prospective student. </p>
<p>People will be willing to try and help. You don’t have to apologize for seeking it.</p>
<p>If your school has counseling services def. schedule an appointment. It really helps just to get everything off your chest, and you don’t have to see them again (as long as your not a danger to yourself/others fyi).</p>
<p>counseling center at your school… find it, and go to it.</p>
<p>Stop worrying, chill out, just walk around and forget about everything.</p>
