<p>i think that your stats are definitely a bit loww.
however, i’m a minority (african american) like yourself and i had low stats too. i had a 3.3 gpa with a 1930 SAT. i think that tulane looks favorably upon minorities because they like to have a reputation as a diverse school. so, if you show interest in tulane and have good community-service oriented extracurriculars you may get in!</p>
