Sorry, just wondering if this is proper...

<p>I recently got my scores back and I was rather content with them (90%, I was hoping that I could get like a 92% but I was happy with anything above 85), the only odd part was that while my Math and Verbal scores were in the very low 80's, my reading score (which was in the low 90's) brought up the average...</p>

<p>I know that the SSAT doesn't average all the sections together, but I was feeling a little uncomfortable how one section could inflate my overall score by so much...</p>

<p>i don’t think they really care unless you have really large score differences, getting in the 80s is good enough i believe</p>

<p>they add up the raw score and then take the percentile of that.</p>

<p>Add up your three section scores, divide by three & then add 5 to get within one point of your composite score if you scored in the eighties & nineties.</p>
