Thanks
I would appreciate any help you can offer.

You look strong to me, but I don't have a lot of data on oos applicants.
Will you be taking SAT II's?

No I haven't. Do you think I need to?

Looks good, taking a couple SAT IIs definitely wont hurt you.

I would focus on the caliber of your essay. Don't take the SATIIs if you can't review a bit...they are only one hour tests and easy to review for..so don't make the error of taking even one or two cold as you could be wasting your time (I know too many people with your SAT scores who regret walking in with zero prep). The December sitting would give you enough review time. For a public school, UVA is surprisingly detailed in their readings of essays. Project yourself in Charlottesville well in your essays..where you will contribute, what spark you will bring from your part of the USA.
good luck!

Although I considered the SAT II's a requirement for my UVa app., others have disagreed. Having said that I agree with Faline2 don't walk in to any test cold. Think about your strongest AP scores and take the SAT II version with serious review.

Good luck.
