While I might be ab it partial, your interest in civic engagement/active citizenship, your stats, and your interest in IR and the possibility of something math-related seems to indicate you'd really love Tufts. The IR program is incredible, and very undergraduate-focused, and the Math dept. as well as the Engineering School are top-notch. Any questions, PM me. (P.S. I applied to Gtown EA and then picked Tufts RD.)

Pretty much agree with lolabelle except Skidmore is a safety and URichmond is a high safety. And by the way, Brown is not a huge reach for you. You have the stats and the ECs. The problem is, so do most of the other 15,000 kids who apply. At any rate, your M+CR is well above the Brown median, your GPA is excellent and you're 7th in a class of 517 - top 1.36% if you will. I'd say you have a better than average shot at Brown. Call it 20%. Still a reach, but not outside the realm of the possible.
