Sort my list

Hey guys!
I am an international student. Can you please sort my college list into categories of reach, moderate and safe based on the information below

SAT - 2070 (Math - 800, Writing- 680, CR-590)
Subject tests: Math 2 - 800, Physics - 680
Toefl - 104

We follow a percentage system in our school. Our school is very competitive and I rank around 12 out of 110 students.
10th - 89.2%
11 - 80%
12th - expecting 85% in mid-terms and 90+% in main exam.

I have good essays and great recommendation letters.
My ECs are :

Instrumental competitions - 2 golds and 4 silvers.
Hosting and organizing inter-school competition - 3 times
Participated in inter-school competitions representing my school
Performed with band for underprivileged kids at near by school
Dance clubs outside and inside of school
Hiking
Participated in school athletics
Participated in swimming competitions
Participated in school quizzes
Interned at a mall in the marketing department for 2 months
Participated in karate club
Participated in several school camps to various places
Math club
Robotics club - making a non motored car
Participated in terry fox run
Technical skills self taught - Java, Python
Worked as substitute teacher at a school.
Volunteered at a camp for the physically challenged - 60+ hours.

My list of universities are:
Texas at Austin, Texas at A&M, Purdue, University of Michigan ann arbor, UIUC, UCLA, UC berkley, UMass Amherst,USC, Boston university, northeastern, British Columbia and University of Toronto.

If you can afford to pay for the full cost of attendance, and your SAT scores are at the 25th percentile, it’s worth applying.

I’d scratch the idea of a “safety” school from your mind. As an international applicant, you should have a back-up plan in your own country. You can’t even rely on getting a student visa… About 25% of student visa applications are denied, mostly because the visa applicant cannot convincingly demonstrate that they have no intention to immigrate. That’s virtually impossible to prove that for a young adult, so you’re at the mercy of your interviewer. (Older adults are more likely to have ties like a spouse and children, a home or a business that they own, etc.)

FYI, UT Austin has few spots for out-of-state students because they are by law required to offer admission to all graduates of Texas high schools that ranked in the top x% of their class.
