If I have a 3.5 GPA and a 31 ACT score and I am not a resident of Washington, what are my chances of getting in?
I think you should have a good chance. What will definetly help you are more extracurricular activities, but more importantly a higher GPA, and try to think of taking the ACT again to get it into a safe range of 32-33.
