My unweighted gpa is 2.7 and my weighted is 3.1 (working on bringing it up)
My sat score is 1620 and act score is 20 (very awful, I know)
My grades dropped causing my gpa to drop because I was concussed for half of my junior year.
I go to Vincentian Academy with is a very hard yet well known IB school.
I am in 4 IB classes, IB English 4 HL, IB History HL, IB Spanish 4 HL, and IB Psychology SL.
I am a student athlete playing soccer basketball softball and running track all at a varsity level.
I'm involved in chess club, art club, and environmental club.
Big advocate for the Pro-life movement at school and attended the March for Life last year (was unable to attend this year for personal reasons)
Attended Private Catholic/ Very advanced school my entire life.
I have over 900 hours of community service.
I've worked at a summer camp( YMCA Camp Kon-O-Kwee/Spencer) for over 16 weeks for the past two summers where I've worked with kids with muscular dystrophy, kids with hemophilia, kids at risk of becoming obese, abused children and socially and emotionally distressed kids. Gained a promotion last summer for my outstanding performance.
I have very strong letters of recommendation and my essays/supplements are very good. One letter is from my honors Spanish teacher that I know will be very good and the other is from my IB history teacher who is also my soccer coach. He has taught at various colleges and universities such as George Washington and Pitt so he knows exactly how to write good letters of rec. My essay is about my time at camp and the challenges and experiences that I encountered while there.
