<p>Ha, for my sixteenth birthday I had a “sleepover” with my closest “friends”. We ended up fighting and I ended up crying. Not fun. I’d take a mediocre birthday anytime.
Unsurprisingly, I decided against having a party for my seventeenth.</p>
<p>Hey, I just turned 16 on the 26th! Eh, unless you throw a big birthday and stuff, it’s not really an eventful day. I mean, if we don’t really have high expectations for an amazing birthday, we won’t have a letdown. Just do something nice for yourself, like go and see a movie! I’m just happy I was able to go to the san juan islands with my dad. we had some simple meals, like bagels, hot dogs, etc. It’s not all about presents, in fact I didn’t really get a formal birthday present. I just saw some nice shoes in a big 5 ad and my dad got them for me, then on the way there we stopped at a stargazing shop and i got a star-map. I hope you enjoyed that dinner and made the most out of your birthday!
