South Campus Apartments vs. StuVi / Stuvi II

Hey my friends and I are planning on getting an on-campus apartment (we are all currently sophomores) our best number was around 8,000. I was wondering, in the past

Will StuVi or StuVi II apartments even be available?

How does S. Campus compare? (Including the Comm. Ave. ones)

Are there apartments in South that have 3 singles? Or 1 single and 1 double?

Also, what appliances will be provided? Which apartments in South have the best facilities and most common areas?

Numbers run from 6000-11000 for sophomores. I’m guessing that Stuvi will have more spaces open than Stuvi2. It will be easier to try to go alone if you’re trying to get either of the Stuvis but going in pairs or even triplets is really hard. (According to the housing office less than 10% chance.)

You will most likely not get the Comm. Ave. apartments since seniors pull in juniors so you really have to know someone in them to get it.

Don’t know much about south though!
