<p>I'm considering moving into South Campus Commons next spring. Does (or has) anyone here live in the Commons? If so, what's it like? Which buildings are best? Is it worth the extra cost over the regular dorms?</p>

<p>I live in Commons 7. It’s the nicest because it’s the newest. I also heard some of the other ones don’t have AC. But I would live in Courtyards because of cheaper rent, free parking, and pool access. It really depends on your major and where you take your classes. Don’t just live in Commons because it’s closer to the bars. Also it’s definitely worth it over the dorms because you don’t have to buy a meal plan and the rent includes summer housing.</p>
<p>Anyone know average monthly rent for commons? Courtyards to if anyone knows it.</p>
