<p>I am a sophomore at U of M now, and I am looking to get out of my dorm contract for next semester (starting in Jan.). I live in a double in an all-girls hall in South Quad. My roommate is leaving for study abroad next semester so whoever takes my spot will probably be living with another transfer student. South Quad is the best dorm location you can get (about a 5 minute walk to class), and the rooms are some of the largest doubles on campus. </p>
<p>I would need a transfer student who has not yet signed a contract with housing - you would basically be taking over my contract. I am under a time-crunch, so if you are interested, please contact me ASAP!</p>
