Southern Schools: Chance Me Please?

Hello! I'm a junior at one of the nation's top ranked public high schools and I am looking at numerous colleges in the South. A little bit about myself:
4.1 GPA, no SAT results back yet sorry! SAT subject tests in US History, Math I, Chemistry
I have a very rigorous schedule, I will be going into college with 8 APs and 5 VCU college credits
I am doing a internship with an anesthesiologist
I have a few leadership positions and actively participate in 7 clubs, and I am a varsity Cross Country & Track runner
I am looking to do a Biochemistry major (in prep for medical school)

Colleges:
UVA (top choice)
Wake Forest
Vanderbilt
UNC
Auburn
Emory
Clemson
U of South Carolina
Washington & Lee
Virginia Tech
Georgia Tech
Rice
U Texas, Austin
University of Kentucky
Sewanee
Davidson
Furman

Do you guys have any recommendations for me as well? I like southern, preppy, and football! A lively campus is a must!
Also any reviews for these colleges would help!
Thanks so much guys!

They’re all matches/high matches besides Vanderbilt and UNC (both reaches). Furman and Sewanee are safeties, though.

Chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1621158-quinnipiac-hofstra-and-friends.html#latest

I would call Auburn, Clemson, USC, Furman, Sewanee and UK safeties and say that most of the rest of them are matches and high matches. Vandy, UVA, and Carolina are low reaches, but UVA or UNC are matches if you are in-state. Take a look at Alabama as another safety/low match and Duke as another reach (the football is getting better quickly under Cutcliffe, who is a SEC guy). The University of Richmond would be another good match, as would be Washington & Lee (though there is not much football). Also, Penn has much of what you are looking for, just outside of the South. Tulane, too, if you are up for New Orleans.

Penn is all the way up in Pennsylvania. How it that just outside the South? That’s way outside the South.

Technically, MD and DE are the South, which puts Penn about 10 miles from the South, but it is still only a 2 hour drive to Virginia from Philly.

And, a little known fact is that the Mason-Dixon survey started in Center City Philadelphia (on the pier at South Street).

Wow, didn’t know. Good to learn, thanks.
