Southern US schools known for programs in the following areas?

This might be a reach but I’m just curious.

Are there any southern schools (NM, Texas, Alabama) known for programs in meteorology/atmospheric sciences and theater (acting specifically) An odd pair I know.

I thought University of Houston might be a good fit but their Acting program is open for Freshman only. I’m a transfer student.

In Florida, FSU is likely a good fit. They have a strong program in both majors, and it’s transfer friendly.

U Miami is very strong in both areas.
