Should I take spanish 3 or ap psych as a junior? which looks better?

Is there any way you could take Spanish 3, and self-study AP Psychology? I ask this because Psychology is probably one of the easier AP's, and self-studying shouldn't take more than a month or two (even less if you're diligent). Quite a few people on here are able to cram like there's no tomorrow and still pull off a 5 on that test.

yea... i am leaning towards spanish 3, but psych is a more interesting and enlightening course. And I don't want to self-study psych, because of this. I can self-study spanish, but then, is ap pysch really a worthy class to have on your schedule?

Take Spanish 3; it looks more competitive, even if you aren't applying to Ivys. You can take AP Psych as a senior or even as an introductory course at a community college.

Take psych! It's a rare class in HS and will make colleges say "wow, look at this kid". Everybody takes Spanish every student needs a WOW to be competitive in the world of college.

If you want to major in something that requires a foreign language, then take Spanish 3.

Spanish. Continue on the FL track. Psych can wait for later. It's almost impossible to get off a FL track and get back on it the next year.

What the hell kind of college would ever say "wow, look at this kid" because they took AP psychology?!

^Lol I was thinking the same thing. I would stick with Spanish 3, but it sounds like you really were looking forward to Psychology, and if that's what you want, then go for it.
