I want to drop spanish senior year becuase i really hate spanish and i am definitely weak at it(started gettin a's when i dropped to lvl 1, got b+ fresh and soph year in honors). I am replacing this class with a business elective. Is this a good idea if i want to apply to sterns or should i stick with spanish or does it not matter.

also does sterns look at all 4 years of high school for gpa or just soph junior and senior

they look at all four years

man i did my worst freshmen year
but will a gradual increase in grades help my chances - 3 b+ to 2 b+ to all a's

don't worry. I had more B's than A's my freshman year, but I showed a gradual increase to 1 B+ the end of my Junior year and I still got into Stern.

grades definitely depend on what school you come from. i know kids who went to really good high schools and got some B's. The rest of the kids, who didn't come from really good schools, seem to all have gotten straight A's.
