Sparknotes' 10 practice tests for the new SAT?

Anybody know if this book is any good? How bout in comparison to PR's 11 practice tests?

Also, anybody recommend a good critical reading book? I'm decding between Peterson's and Barron's.

Anybody???

I don't konw about PR's 11 practice tests, but I'm using the same Sparknotes book you're using, and I can't say it's helping me out the most. For one, typos are surprisingly frequent in the book, to the point that I've gotten questions wrong because of them (I believe there's some around test #8). Its advice for the essay is so-so, but in my opinion the sparknotes essay teaches a very boring and unreliable way to learn to write an essay. I'm not positive because I don't know what the matter of the fact is on how to write a good SAT essay, but if for every prompt you need to know 3 events from history that helps to support your position (as explained in the book), somewhere along the way you could be at a loss for what to write.
Also, lots of students use SparkNotes to cheat. I don't trust it. :-P
Don't put too much trust in this post; I'm only in 9th grade, but that's what I can say to help.
