Sparknotes math error

Sparknotes has an error in test 4 for math II, I think.

They say it's ok to multiply a 2x2 matrix with a 3x2 matrix. But matrices can only be done if the column of 2x2 (2)= rows of 3x2(3) which ins't the case, right?

Just letting others know (It's question 40-ish).

Thanks for the tip! What do you think of the sparknotes tests? Easier than the real thing? Harder?

I’ve been scoring 650s on the barrons test pretty much everytime… and between 620 and 750 on the kaplan tests and I’m scoring mid 700s on all of the sparknotes tests… which test do you think is most reliable?

I remember that error. I think you have to multiply the matrices in the reverse order. I.e., they say multiply A * B, but you have to multiply B * A, to get the right answer.

I just finished taking the test 4
There is a LOT of errors on that test. It was extremely frustrating taking that test and probably dropped my IQ a few points -.-;

yeah i noticed that error, but im not sure if i got them all, mind sharing the others?

That was the only one (I’m almost 100% sure).

Sparknotes I got 770, 780, 750 (third test seemed so much harder), 790, then 800 finally! And right before my SAT tomorrow. :)
