So basically, I'm wondering about the difficulty of the sparknotes practice tests. I took the official sat biology practice test from collegeboard and scored a 770 but when i took the sparknotes ones, I scored around a 700. Are the sparknotes tests way harder? Thanks!

sparknotes are absolutely out of date and very UN-similar…

The closest but a little bit difficult is Barrons practice tests…

Even PR is not as closer as Barrons.

how about the test in the official study guide for all sat subject tests? in general, were the tests in the book a good representation for the actual test in terms of difficulty and the materials covered?

no.it was not!
In official study guide material was a little bit easier.

Do Barrons

what would a 720 on Barron’s translate to?

although you will not predict, around 700-750

Do Barron’s, it’s always much better to take harder versions of the test so you feel confident / ok when you’re taking the actual test. And you don’t have to panic.

Great information here! Yeah, I felt like the PR and sparknotes were harder. and sparknotes has terrible wording and such compared to AP bio exams.

hey i’ve been getting low 700’s on my barron’s practice tests!
i know that barron’s is supposedly more difficult than the actual exam but how much more?
also, what do you recommend taking, e or m?!
people have been telling me both and i know this is a bad way to decide but can someone honestly tell me how the curves are for both?
