So I've set my sights on some top tier colleges like Georgetown, Tufts, UVA, Tulane, Middlebury, etc. but my grades aren't exactly up to par. The thing is that I have been very sick both sophomore and junior year (I'm a rising senior). I missed a ton of school and even when I was in school, after school I would feel very sick. I was in all honors and AP classes and I got mostly Bs and a couple As. I am the captain of my swim team and I'm also on two other teams. I got a 650 math and 670 reading and a 660 writing. I took three SAT IIs (math 2, US, and Lit) I got a 610 on lit, a 650 on math, and a 670 on US. I am retaking the Sat Is in october and I'm going to retake math 2 and Lit in November.

I do a ton of community service, will have great recs., and I'm a good writer so I'll have killer essays. My whole pitch to colleges (which is not an exaggeration in the slightest) is that even though my grades aren't so amazing, despite the fact that for two crucial years of high school I was really sick and my health was basically nonexistent, I still maintained solid grades in really hard classes. What do people think my chances are with colleges?
