Specialized H.S.

How would going to a specialized high school, such as this one, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academy_of_Allied_Health_%26_Science, affect one's chances in getting into a top notch university, such as ND?

Well, it certainly helps that the school is unlike most other schools in the nation. That reflects well on your application because it implies that the student has a relatively unique background. On top of that, the school seems really top notch, which is a bonus because it means that students will be well prepared. I can't really see this one hurting anybody's chances.
