specific college

if you were admitted for class of 2013 is there a way to check if you got into your specific college before you receive your letter? or are you automatically admitted into your college, or how does it work?

I have the same question.

I would assume as long as it does not say online, it is already assumed you were accepted to your school. I was accepted and I applied to the Eliott School.

i would assume so because the acceptance says:

If you have applied to the School of Media and Public Affairs (SMPA), please note that the decision given at this site only represents admission to the University. The decision regarding your application to SMPA is included in your official acceptance packet.

i would assume that since they only single out the SMPA, all other schools would be automatic admission, however i would rather not wait until friday to find out for sure!

You are admitted to the specific school.

However, SMPA is different because it’s a part of the Columbian College. So if you applied to SMPA, it is possible to get accepted to the Columbian College but not SMPA.
