<p>Originally, I had mailed my financial aid application and parents' tax returns before the November 1 deadline, but apparently, as I discovered recently, Cornell University did not receive the papers. I electronically sent another financial aid application and faxed more copies of tax returns earlier. How long would it take for those things to disappear off the "to-do" list on the self-service website?</p>
