Spelman: Reach

Did you look for test-optional colleges yet?

No, I have not. I just feel like maybe everything else will back me up since my English teacher told me my “essay writing is on a college level, if not higher.”

If you get your test scores up (by a lot), you would definitely be in.

You might have a chance at Brandeis or at Wake Forest…

And why might I have a better chance at those colleges? From the stats I compared, those test scores are no where near similar to mine. So how would that be better??

Okay, thanks.

By the way Catria, I didn’t ask for colleges that YOU think I should apply to. But thank you for your unsolicited advice :)

However, if you feel that, somehow, Brandeis or Wake Forest is for you, refrain from sending test scores. They’re test-optional schools.

Spelman is a reach but could become a match if you can raise that test score.
