<p>I'm OK at maths I'm a little slow but I can get the right answer if I have ample time. Thus the sat maths is not for me.. Or so I thought?
I was getting around 580-620 in the maths a while ago and this annoyed a lot. Why? Cos I when I reviewed the sections I could easily do it just time screwed me very practice test and because I don't have innate confidence when it comes to maths I always checked over to ensure I got something correct
My solution?
BUY The ti 89 seriously I've seen people spread so much b/s " oh it isn't worth it, oh it's so hard to understand, oh it won't help, sat math is so easy just learn it a scientific calculator can do it "
I found this to be so incorrect!
The ti 89 has saved me, why? It can solve all algebra! Just whack in your variables and you have it,. Secondly, you can save notes onto it which is allowed!! On the note folio app I have saved all kinds of easily forgettable formulas and notes such as graph movements, distance formulas etc.
thirdly, it comes up with true or false when you have those annoying = questions which makes the math so much clearer! </p>

<p>Overall if you are like me and you don't get 700+ not because you simple dont know what to do ( that's a whole different problem... ) but because you don't have confidence or you trip up a little or you run out of time but when you review you usually know what to do in a more relaxed atmosphere ( such as your bedroom ) then buy the ti 89 it helpes with the relaxation! Usually at least 5 questions I can complete without touching my pencil. The ones that only ask for one variable the ti can solve in about 20 seconds. </p>

USE THE TI 89 IT IS NOT A MYTH IT WORKS IT IS WORTH 1000x AS MUCH AS ANY PREP COURSE BELIEVE ME I'VE DONE KAPLAN- RIP OFF</p>

<p>The best deal is to get the TI NSpire with touchpad for $60 at Amazon and then get the free TI-84+ keypad from TI after registration. You will have a much faster TI-84+ with larger screen and more memory. You can use it for any test with the TI-84 keypad. Make sure you get the one from the link below, NOT the CAS one or you won’t have the TI-84+ compatibility.</p>
