spilt my food

I was carrying my dinner of steamed cauliflower and onions with olive oil and turmeric (a very yellow spice) out to the living room chair in a big bowl, and it was hot just how i like it, and I, for some god awful reason, dropped it.

And yellow-dyed cauliflower and onion pieces went everywhere. The carpet is now yellow, spots on the walls and windows are yellow where bits of food landed, the hard-wood floor is is yellow and slick with olive oil, and I almost slipped, and OMFG my mom is going to collapse in the morning because of this. I know it. I'm not worried about me, I'm worried about her. She always tells me to never ever bring food out here, and she absolutely hates turmeric. And I've only started to assess the damages. And I have SAT's in the morning.

What diety should I pray to while I proceed to clean this mess up?

Edit: I've decided to have some canned salmon in the meanwhile. It's going to be my sustenance during this arduous time.

nyan cat

10 char

Thanks for the suggestion.

If I was still looking for a diety I would consider that fine feline. But I don’t think I need a diety to pray to actually. I just need a rational outlook. I need to relax and refocus myself.

nyan cat is so addicting at 3 in the morning 0.0
good thing i’m not taking SAT till november /procrastinator

I think I’m in shock. No, not by the medical definition. Only in the sense of being immobilized by my circumstances (the sprawling mess around me).

It’s too late to scavenge for food scraps and scrub things. I’m going to sleep.

Soap and water. Scrub and repeat. And pray a lot. Turmeric stains. A lot.
