Are the sports teams hard to get on? Particularly the tennis team?

And are the residential programs worth going for? Like…what do people think of them??

I was wondering about their tennis team as well since I play tennis too. Their team is pretty competitive since they are a Div I school. They have a couple of students who were nationally ranked as juniors so if you're in that skill level you have a chance but otherwise it would be pretty hard to just walk on to the team.

The boy's team is great. The number one player transferred from Vanderbilt and was ranked nationally. The number two player is one of my friends and a hitting partner, I think he's amazing and he can get a lot better. If you want to make the boy's team you better be pretty good because I believe that they landed another pretty good recruit this year. The girl's team is a bit easier to make. If I get into Penn, I am hoping to play for the girl's team, I have a pretty high sectional ranking. However, the good thing about the girl's team is the club team is also really good, they were second nationally last year. So, hopefully if I get into Penn then I can play tennis for them too.

Glad to hear their tennis team is awesome, I am in an area of Florida where tennis isn't too popular, and any USTA matches are at least 3 hours away, so I am hoping to walk on if I get into Penn this fall. Do you know of anyone else walking on?
