Sports at the NA

USNA AviationGirl-did you swim at regionals this weekend? Plano did well. Sandiegodude swam for Jesuit and they came in second. Hopefully, if he gets into the Academy he will try out even though Navy swim (men's) is really good. My daughter's team won TAPPS state (Ursuline Academy). She is a sophomore and her times would put her near the top of Navy women's swim team. Have you received an appointment yet?-we don't know what's going on with North Texas!

Hmmm, well if squating is hurting your sholders than something isnt right, you must make sure you have the velcro-on pad or even the one that like forms to your next.

I dont see how dipping would help your quads and hams though, seeing in the bigger they are the faster and more power you have

I dont only dip. I do curls, extensions and dips. They seem to take care for me.

hi i'm brand new...just got a LOA recently...recruited for hoops...ne body else out there?

anybody hear of Sprint Football at USNA?

Yeahhh, I got a letter from one of the coaches of sprint football.

how does one go about being recruited for sports?

Must they show exemplary abilities when it comes to what they are applying for?

The best way to get noticed is to attend one of the camps that Navy offers in the sport you are interested in. If you are not able to do this, sending game tape in and calling the coaches is an alternative.
