Boston- Nice...I run the 600, and hopefully for outdoor coach will let me run some more middle distance...I used to run just sprints which is kind of what I want to do at Navy but I don't know I guess we'll see how it goes!! I am definitely willing to work as hard as I have to in order to make the team, runnning at Navy has been a big dream of mine for a long time and I will be willing to make so many sacrificies and give my all to make the team.

i heard the team is a lot of fun, too. all the girls i've met have been wicked nice and really cool, and they love being on the team.

Boston, did u ever run 200s 400s 500s???

If so what were your times on them?

ColbyBuss -- my main event is the 300m hurdles (i explain in post #39), but like i mentioned, i've run most events from the 55m hurdles to the 2 mile. my best 400m time is around 66-67 s; (not my best event, i know, it needs work!) i haven't raced a 200, and we don't have a 500. my 300m hurdle time is like 50 s if i remember correctly from last year. i've been doing a lot of "experimenting" this particular indoor season, moving from the mile to the 1000 and 600 because training for those and competing in them will help me more with my 300m hurdle race once the spring season comes. same thing with the 55m hurdles: not great at them or anything, but they keep me in form for spring season. my best mile was a 5:48...but then i realized i was faster at the mid-distance events and could score more points for my team. what was i doing, wasting all those years running full distance....(sigh)

what do you run?
