<p>As an American, I was just wondering...
Was the sports scene important to you when applying to schools in the United States? I have never heard any comments from International students about school spirit/sports and I know that college sports aren't as big overseas as they seem to be in the US, so how much of a factor, or nonfactor, do sports play in your decision?</p>
