<p>I know both are hard areas of work so I was wondering which one you would prefer. I was wondering if a minor in business administration would be good for me if I want to get into sports management or sports journalism. I was thinking of majoring in journalism and minoring in business administration or double majoring in Journalism and Broadcasting.....would you be able to help me out with the better choice?</p>

I think a double major would be great, if you can handle it.</p>

<p>I go to the University of Oregon. We are one of the few universities out there that offers a sports business major and are consistently ranked as #1 for it. We are also very well-known for our journalism department. I have several friends who are majoring in sports business and minoring in journalism; they seem pretty happy.</p>
