Sports management is incredibly niche, and I doubt that any high schools in the country offer it. That said, a lot of schools (mine included) do allow you to be a team manager as your co-curricular, if that’s something you/your child may be interested in.

Where do you live? On the west coast I know a few prep schools that offer it but they are day schools.
And, @midnightgiles I would add that even if you find the “perfect” course in the course catalog of school XYZ, it may not be offered by the time you get there, be very limited in enrollment, etc. Hyper-focused or specific/niche course topics are often the pet projects (I don’t mean that pejoratively) of a specific teacher. They may leave. They may only offer it once every two years, which may not sync with your elective slots, etc.
