This course will offer beginning to intermediate level athletic training shills. Basic first aide, taping, bracing, injury recognition, prevention and stretching techniques will be taught. Two after-school observations required</p>

<p>I took it sophomore year. I think most people found it hard, but if you're active in sports its really easy. I compete a lot and as a result already knew most of the stuff like: how to tape a weak ankle, stretch a hamstring, splint a broken femur, etc. It helps if you have a teacher that makes the material interesting.</p>
