<p>So I was on freshman baseball(yes, there were cuts) and varsity golf junior year. I could not play a sport due to elbow surgery sophomore year ( a cartilage lesion that caused a lack of blood flow, resulting in me having holes drilled). Where on my app can I state that I had this problem? Also, can I say that I'm on varsity golf senior year( even though it's in the spring) if I was on it last year?(assuming I make it, which I should if I was already on it)</p>

<p>You can make an essay about it? Also most definitely include varsity golf again, however only if you intend to play.</p>
