Spread out, or concentrate on core curriculum?

I’m a rising senior this year, and I just realized that all of my classes are/were core curriculum (all honors, if that makes any difference):

English:
English 9, American Lit., British Lit., AP Eng. Lang, AP Eng. Lit (senior year course)

Social Studies:
Government, World History (not AP), AP US history

Math:
Alg. I + II, Geometry, Pre-Calc, Calc BC, AP Stat (senior year)

Science:
Intro to Chem/Phys., Bio, Chem, Physics, AP Chem, AP Bio (senior year)

4 years of Spanish.

Non-core classes (basically a few graduation requirements, very basic courses):
Computers and Technology, Gym/Health, Biotechnology… that’s about it.

My question is:

With my senior year, I can expand upon my curriculum and go into a few things like business, technology, etc. maybe even get a 4th history credit.

Is it better to concentrate on the core when I’ve already gotten so much or should I expand?

You should have one class from each of the five areas (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Foreign Language) each year. The important thing when picking senior year courses is to take a rigorous schedule so that the colleges don't think that you are slacking off. It looks as if you have done that so far except in Science where you have two extra courses. I would suggest that you keep up the good work in senior year.
