I've pursued lots of different passions throughout high school, and it's become apparent that I don't really have one area that I've focused heavily on.
Here are some of my achievements:
-science internship at local university
-coach for middle school club (that competes in math competitions)
-hospital shadow (2 summers)
-play several instruments in different bands/orchestras (founded a Musical Performance Club at school)
-regular contributer to local newspaper
-Creative writing camp
-Music + English teacher at a club in Mexico for impoverished children </p>
<p>Do you think my application will be significantly weakened by the fact that I'm spread a bit thin, and that I don't come across as either a math/science person or an english/arts person? </p>
<p>Also, any suggestions on what I could focus on in an essay? Tying everything together seems impossible and impractical. </p>
