<p>I don't know exactly when the application is available, but I would guess Aug/Sept (I just applied and was accepted as a transfer for Spring 2006). UW won't start evaluate your application however until 1 Oct.. I applied early hoping to get an earlier decision and did not receive one till about 10 oct.</p>
