Oh my gosh, sha_wujing, you were right! I’m able to log into my financial aid account now!

Congrats to those accepted, and good luck to those still waiting!

Good luck to those who are still waiting! I’m not gonna post my detailed stats for privacy concerns but I’d like to share some of my experience thru PM with prospective international applicants from Asia.

I’m a 20-year-old college dropout from China, welcome to send me a message and we can talk in person!:)

I got the e-mail/call this afternoon!

This is going to be my second time applying to GS. I hope this time around they accept me!

Danny, I think I remember you applying before. Good luck again! Perseverance is a key trait at GS. :)

I focused on the reason why I am changing my career path at this late age and my goal in the essay.

I applied on the 21st of October, and my application was considered complete on November 6th(due to a transcript issue). The website states that decisions roll-out through December 15th, but I am wondering if any “late-applicants” have heard anything?

Mine was also processed rather late but is apparently still being considered for early action last time I checked. Hopefully, the ones who applied later are just having their acceptance e-mails and packets sent out on a later basis. I am also able to log into the financial aid site but have not applied for financial aid. However, I haven’t received a packet, a phone call or an email. Just nothing which is frustrating. Best of luck to all.

eriksrevenge, if you say late, do you mean 21st Oct. or the 6th, cos sincerely, i submitted mine on the 1st of Nov. and I got a decision by the 14th. So hang in there, I believe there are so many different factors that can lead to the relative delay or otherwise of individual results. I believe decisions are still being sent out up until the end of December, sometimes even early and mid-January. Good luck!

Plox, you’re in if you can log into the financial aid site! Congrats. :-)

I applied before the first but the school hadn’t received all my transcripts until the 6th of November

My application was also late… have regular applicants (Nov 1st deadline) already begun hearing? This makes me anxious…

OK eriksrevenge, I understand you now, thanks for the explanation. But you surely are still in contention. Acceptances come out even deep into December. All the best!

Hey guys, I just got my Storybook invite in my e-mail

Thank you to everyone on here who replied to my question/concern. Today, I received the phone call…I’m in! Congratulations to everyone else and sit-tight if you haven’t received word. I was just informed today that decisions will continue to roll out into December. Can’t wait to wear that blue!

congratulations eriksrevenge, I got my phone call today as well.

Thank you to everyone for your helpful responses and advice, I hope to run into you all at some point on Columbia’s campus and pay it forward with a cup of coffee, at least.

To those still waiting for decisions–hang in there! I know its hard just waiting, but grit your teeth and think about how happy you’ll be once you get that acceptance letter! God bless.

One year later and I am finally accepted into Columbia! Thank you for all the support! I agree with you Campaigner on perseverance :D

Congratulations, see you at orientation!
