@xokikixo If you don’t mind me asking, since you applied for my major, what was your high school GPA and your GPA from college if you went at all? And were you involved? Trying to chance myself as we speak.
And @AlexxNicole, I’m sure you will receive your letter soon. My fear was that they would send the ones further out sooner and the ones closer after. But @Madzzz is closer to NYC than you are so I would expect an answer next week.

@xokikixo No, I currently live in Sweden but I took my A.A in California. It might take longer time for the package to get here, I’ll keep my fingers crossed!

Btw, how far do you guys live from New York?

@Myaa90 I live in Long Island about 2-2.5 hours away from NYC. Can’t say if I got my letter yet though because I won’t be able to check my mail until tomorrow.

I love in Atlanta so mine will be here next week I think. They sent me a letter before and I got it like 3 days later .
@emart95 please let us know when you get home !!

Live *

@Rikki1 of course! And hopefully if I’m crying, it will be tears of joy lol

@emart95 Don’t mind at all. I graduated high school with a 90 average. I haven’t been to college before so I don’t have any other gpa. I wasn’t involved that much in high school…I had fashion design for a year but that’s about it. But senior year I began an internship with a new teen/fashion mag so I spoke about that in my essay and spoke about the advtertising field and why I wanted to apply to that. But think positive. Fingers crossed for you girl!!

Lol I definitely will be crying tears of joy . You will to ! @emart95 :)

@xokikixo Thank you! That makes me feel a little better. Had a weighted avg. in high school of 95 and my college GPA was 3.4. My application/essay was probably decent at best. I did extracurriculars and stuff, nothing really fashion or media related, but I took media and psychology classes my freshman year of college. I’m keeping everything crossed. Knowing that it’s probably sitting in my mailbox is making me crazy. My friend told me to text her mom to see if she could check my mail but that would be terribly awkward if I didn’t get in and I would feel really crappy if she checked and nothing was there at all.

@Rikki1 lol I don’t count on it but I appreciate the confidence! I hope your tears are out of happiness!

You have to remain positive and calm … you’re fine @emart95

I hope @Rikki1 I will post tomorrow about whether or not I find anything in my mailbox.

Ok @emart95

And @xokikixo (or any other domestic student who got an acceptance), does it say if you can make the deposit online or is it only by check in the mail?

@emart95 I think you’ll be totally fine then regarding acceptance. Best of luck and keep us posted!

I’ll double check because I didn’t read the papers too much but check was an option or they give you a form where you can put your credit card info and send it like that. I’m pretty certain it said you can’t do it online but I’ll check again!

@xokikixo Thank you and I hope you’re right! Okay. Putting credit card info would be good. Writing checks is annoying. Just let me know when you get a chance to check. The website said the deposits can’t be made online.

@emart95 just checked. Yep check or credit card info are the options…not online! And the deposit is $150 if you want a heads up :)

Alright, thanks. Guess if I find a happy letter in my mailbox, I’ll be heading to the bank tonight! Lol thank you @xokikixo

@emart95 did you get any decision???

@Iamjenn I won’t know until tonight! I’m out of state visiting family and can’t check my mailbox til I get home!
