<p>@ebs1995â @Rikki1â The person on Tumblr may be in the greater NYC area meaning the mail gets there faster. I live about 2.5-3 hours away and get my mail early in the morning. Nothing today. Hopefully tomorrow or by the end of the week. Also try to remember that there are lots of other applicants as well. They may separate mail by last name and mail a group out at a time. Not sure. They call it snail mail for a reason. Very slow. I would assume the envelopes are the big ones that say âWELCOMEâ or âCONGRATULATIONSâ on it in that signature FIT font. And for those who donât know, if you donât get accepted, you will be notified by mail only. When youâre accepted they send an email after the letters are mailed (and usually received). A rejection letter comes in a legal size envelope with FIT on the return address. But donât fret! If you get one of these envelopes, it can also be a request if they need something, or in my case, they sent back forms they didnât need and I was petrified. For reference, USPS takes about 2-3 days to get stuff to where I live from NYC so if youâre further away, that may be why none of us have seen any letters yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!!!</p>
<p>I asked and received an email from admission officer that my decision will be available around december 1st. but some others get decesion!!! Whatâs going on?</p>

<p>@Rikki1â a week until the deadline for everything (deposits, etc)? And yeah, I would expect it at the end of the week at the earliest honestly. I finished my application in late AugustâŠno excuses for this whatsoever lol</p>
<p>@emart95â what do you mean by the first sentence ? It doesnât say when deposits are due , yet . All it says is that it is required upon your acceptance </p>
<p>@Iamjennâ â They always say that. Itâs just a blanket date that you should expect to receive your decision letter, negative or positive, by. </p>
