Did anyone list Queens College as their first choice?
Yeah, Hunter was my first choice. I’ve read that if you’re a transfer student they don’t send your application to the other selected colleges once one has made a decision???
@MattyBoy910 Yes, once the college of your first choice accepts you, CUNY doesn’t forward your application to the other colleges you listed on your application.
Brooklyn won’t tell you over the phone. I had to wait for my email to know that I got accepted. If you listed Brooklyn College you can go to the link below to check if you got accepted.
You can go here for Hunter.

@bcs313 The Hunter college URL you posted is for graduate application. Not for undergraduates.
I am still waiting. Aggggh

@queens12 Oh ok, thank you.
I just got off the phone with Brooklyn College. They’ve only sent out emails to transfer students but have yet to send admission letters.
@Bcs313 What are you planning to major in?
I finally got a decent answer from Hunter. I called them at 3:20 pm today and they checked my status. This is my third time asking them to check my status and the person finally checked for me. I think it really depends on person. They said “Your application is under review of the final step, which is a good sign. We didn’t send any mail or decision to transfer students. We will send e-mail next week or 2. You will receive e-mail at the end of October.” The response is not that specific, but at least the person asked me my name and birth date to look up the list. And, I think I got in Hunter. :))
@eleanors Great! :)) hopefully we all get an email by the end of the month.
I think I am the only one to list Queens College as my first choice on here.
:((
What are you planning to major in?
@eleanors Great!!! I hope I also get good news soon…
@eleanors Which number did you call?
