Hello everyone,
I have a question. You see due to unavoidable reasons last year, I missed the fall application deadline of colleges of my choice. Right now I have applied at Purdue and U Mich for winter admission. I know that chances of acceptance are slim, but I can't wait for another year. Do you guys know any other USA colleges that offer spring/winter(freshman) admissions? Not transfer. Please let me know.

Berkeley offered some students admissions starting in the spring. However, these students applied for the Fall. You could check Cal’s website. I’m not sure though.

Any more of them.coz I checked all the uc’s they got kinda low in funds so they stopped the spring admission program. I was wondering whether other good state univs would offer

I don’t think UC’s ever offered spring applications. Nothing with budget cuts. Students need to all apply by Nov 30 for next fall but some may be offered spring enrollment.

You will find most top tier universities do not offer spring enrollment. Some cases, they will let you register in spring but the application is still reviewed with the other fall candidates.
Also even if there may be some that lets you do spring admission, they will not do it for internationals.

Best thing for you is to make a college list, look at the websites and email/call the admissions office. Your best bet is to strengthen your application in the next 4 months and reapply next year. Nothing wrong in waiting. Better to do that than go to any university that may turn out to be a bad fit.
