I’m a spring admit (male) as well and I’m actually looking to get into the Art and Humanities at Parkside. Any replies to take over a contract agreement would be great thanks.

I’m a spring admit (male) also and I would just like to be in the freshman dorms on campus. Please let me know

If anyone is looking for an apartment that is USC owned, I live in Tuscany and am planning on moving into my sorority next semester. I live with 5 other great sophomore transfer girls who can show you the ropes. Message me if you’re interested!

I have an opening in a double in Mark’s Tower available for Spring semester. It is on the 2nd floor so it is very convenient as you do not have to use the elevator to get to your room. I have had no problems all semester and the guys on the floor are great, but I am moving into my fraternity because it is a cheaper option. Let me know if you are interested.

If there is any on-campus hosing for a female spring-admit, please message me and let me know! Thanks!!

To both freshman and upperclassmen female spring admits:
If you are looking for an awesome place to live for your first semester at USC, Cardinal Gardens is a great option. It is located on the corner of Jefferson and McClintock and is set up unit style. It is located right next to the University Village (for all your grocery, food, and Starbucks needs!) and is a short walk from the Row. It is also across the street from campus, very close to Cafe 84 and the Lyon exercise center. I live with only one other roommate and the place has a great set up. Unlike other apartments in the complex, we have new hardwood floors and couches. The apartment has a walk in closet, walk in pantry, and is fully furnished!
If you are interested let me know! Email- okabayas@usc.edu

I am moving to another area and need to sublet my room in my apartment.

The apartment is approximately 865 square feet and has built in high-speed WIFI internet (as well as 2 ethernet wall plugs in the bedroom) and laundry room in the back. There is a beautiful courtyard between the two buildings with two charcoal grills and 2 large circular fire pits.

Apartment provides a small dining room, a kitchen (with dishwasher, stove-top oven, fridge and garbage disposal), a very large living room and vertical blinds in both living room and bedroom. Has AC and heat and is overall a very comfortable place to live.

Subletting my bedroom, bathroom, 2 closets and 2 storage cabinets to either one person to pay $1500 or two people to pay $750.

Cats are OK.

Utilities (water, power, gas) are not included. Underground parking space is included in price.

If interested, please Private Message me or e-mail me at gilbard@usc.edu

I am negotiable on the price, so please don’t be afraid to offer what you can pay!

Hi, I’m a female sophomore student and I’m looking to move into my sorority next semester. My current apartment at Cardinal Gardens would be a great place for any spring admit to live. The location is awesome and my three roomates are great. It was redone over summer and has new hardwood floors and new furniture. If anyone is interested, please shoot me an email at Maderis@usc.edu. Thanks!

I am looking for a female to take over my spring lease. I live in a two bedroom, four person apartment, which is $2,920/semester (one of the cheapest on-campus housing rates at USC I believe). Century is right next to Cardinal Gardens and literally just a few steps away from University Village and across the street from campus. My roommates are incredibly nice people, and my roommate is very sweet and easy to get along with. The apartment is fully furnished. I will even help you move in and get settled! Email me at phuongln@usc.edu if you’re interested!
