Spring Admit Problem

<p>I submitted my SIR on Mar. 27th and defer my SIR fee. I've got my FPF space reserved on Friday, but I still can't sign up for CalSO or create a CalMail account.</p>

<p>Does anyone have the same problem ??</p>
