<p>I got admitted into the college of letters and sciences. Is it possible to somehow get into EECS when my first semester starts, or does cal expect me to do x number of semesters in the college i was initially admitted to before I transfer?</p>

<p>Everyone is allowed to apply in their 2nd semester at the earliest.</p>
<p>If you are a spring admit, the earliest you can apply will be in Feb/March.</p>
