Spring Admits/Freshman connection

I was accepted only for the Spring semester. I'm considering going to UMD despite this because there are some perks to it, such as really cool off campus housing and solely afternoon classes. I love sleeping in and having classes later in the day sounds incredible.

Is anyone else considering the Freshman Connection program? I'm definitely interested but the problem is I'd need to find a roommate or maybe a few for an appartment off campus. The University View, Club, and Towers are available for off campus housing. These appartments are located within close proximity--I believe they said it's just a five minute walk. It seems like you might as well be living on campus, but you don't have to deal with the crappy housing offered on campus. You can pick your appartment, roommates, and everything.

The deposit is due in just over a week and I may put one down regardless of whether I can find myself a roommate in time just because the program sounds so awesome. Let me know if you're interested!

Please respond soon and consider Freshman Connection! I've heard it's really fun and doesn't detract from the typical "college experience" at all...so give it a chance!
