or just simple pass the course is fine.</p>
<p>i got some personal problem this spring and i'm afraid that i'll not be able to achieve a good grade for the spring course.</p>

<p>I think you’re expected to maintain reasonable grades. No drastic downward trends.</p>
<p>You must be in good standing with a 2.0 GPA or better for this last, spring semester. I got this information from my acceptance from UCSC and UCSB. I’m not sure if this differs from the more competitive campuses like UCLA and Cal though.</p>
