<p>is there a date by which we absolutely have to be registered by for spring in order to avoid any possible sanctions? And what can those sanctions be? I am aware of the times we should be registered and the time that registration starts but there has to be some sort of deadline. Can it be all the way until two weeks after classes start?</p>
